Serve Bigger Receives 2026 Innate Clinic Award
Every clinic in our network is built on small acts of care. A front desk person remembers that a patient’s daughter is starting kindergarten. A doctor stays late to check the numbers one more time. A team calls another team three states away to talk through a difficult case. These moments never appear on a chart, but patients feel them when they leave.
That work is exactly what the ICA Council on Upper Cervical Care chose to recognize this year.
The 2026 Innate Clinic Award, presented by the ICA Council on Upper Cervical Care.
An Award Written for Teams, Not Individuals
Most professional awards single out a person. This one deliberately does not.
Read the inscription again and notice what it asks for: a team of unique individuals, coming together, in service of both a clinic and a community. It is a description of a way of working rather than a list of accomplishments.
“To the team of unique individuals that come together to facilitate a better expression of life and health in their clinic and community.”
The Council has recognized clinics this way before; its Innate Clinic honor has gone to practices whose reputation rests on the consistency of what happens inside them rather than on any one credential. It sits within the International Chiropractors Association’s broader work of building a strong tomorrow for chiropractic worldwide. Being named in that company is a meaningful thing.
What Serve Bigger Was Built to Do
Running a practice in isolation means one person is responsible for clinical care, hiring, payroll, compliance, marketing, and IT at the same time. Something gives, and it is usually the part that does not send invoices. Serve Bigger partners with established upper cervical practices and takes that operational weight off the table, centralizing the administrative machinery so doctors can spend their hours on patients and on getting better at the work itself.
Less Operational Weight
Serve Bigger centralizes the administrative machinery around established upper cervical practices so doctors can spend more of their hours on patients and improving their clinical work.
More Shared Learning
When practices share systems, a protocol or clinical pattern discovered in one office can become something the entire network learns from.
The second half is less visible and matters more. When practices share systems, they also share what they learn. A protocol that resolves a stubborn case in one clinic does not remain there. A pattern one doctor notices across a dozen patients becomes something the whole network can look for. Collaboration over isolation is not a slogan on our wall; it is the mechanism.

Why This Recognition Lands Differently
An award for facilitating “a better expression of life and health” is not measured in revenue or volume. It is measured by whether people got their lives back.
For our clinics, that is the whole point of upper cervical care. The work is precise, gentle, and grounded in measurable structural correction rather than force, and the patients who find their way to it have often been managing symptoms for years without anyone addressing the cause.
The vertigo that never fully resolved. The migraines that got labeled chronic. The nerve pain that three specialists could not explain. When the top of the spine is corrected and held, those stories frequently change.
No single doctor produces that outcome. It takes the person who answered the phone with patience, the team that reviewed the case together, the doctor who took the extra measurement, and the follow-up that kept the correction in place. The Innate Clinic Award names that reality out loud, which is why it means as much to us as it does.
Thank You to the People Who Made It Possible
This recognition belongs to our teams and to the patients who trusted them. Every practice in the Atlinea and Serve Bigger family shares in it, including the doctors and staff who show up early, stay curious, and treat someone else’s hardest case as their own problem to solve.
- The people who answer the phone with patience.
- The teams who review difficult cases together.
- The doctors who take the extra measurement.
- The follow-up that helps keep the correction in place.
- The patients who trusted our teams with their care.
We are proud of the award. We are prouder of the standard it describes, and we intend to keep meeting it.
